Tour departure from Positano
The private excursion starts from Positano’s Spiaggia Grande and precisely from the private Lucibello dock! However, the experience begins even before departure, with an exclusive check-in in our private lounges where, welcomed and pampered by our staff, you can wait to board while sipping a tasty aperitif. Once you have climbed on board and met the skipper, we can set sail to discover the wonderful stretch of the Amalfi Coast that leads from Positano to Amalfi.
Amalfi Coast and swimming stop
We leave Positano admiring from afar the colorful houses of the vertical city and the wonderful dome of the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. The navigation takes us to discover some famous beaches of Positano such as Arienzo and Laurito; we reach the village of Praiano and, near the Grotta dell’Africana, we stop for a first swimming stop. Diving into the crystal clear water of this stretch of coast is an absolutely memorable experience!
Furore Fjord, Conca dei Marini and Amalfi
After a fantastic swim, we resume the boat trip and continue exploring the coast. In a few minutes we reach the Furore Fjord, an iconic attraction of the Amalfi Coast nestled between two rocky walls.
Next we pass through the village of Conca dei Marini, known for the Emerald Grotto, and admire the majesty of Amalfi from afar. Even if only from the boat, Amalfi presents itself as a jewel in the blue of the Mediterranean, with its colorful houses overlooking the sea and the bell tower of the Cathedral of S. Andrea that emerges between the roofs of the city.
Visit to the Li Galli Islands and Bathing Stop
We leave Amalfi and with about 20 minutes of navigation we arrive at the Li Galli Archipelago. It is a small group of islands where, according to legend, the sirens enchanted the passing sailors making them shipwreck against the rocks. Here we stop for a swim and to snorkel in the crystal clear waters of this marine paradise.
Nerano with landing and free time
After a fantastic morning on a boat along the Amalfi Coast, it’s time to disembark! With a few minutes of navigation we reach the village of Nerano (Marina del Cantone) where we plan to disembark for about 3 hours for lunch in a seaside restaurant that you can also choose thanks to the suggestions of the skipper. We suggest you don’t miss the authentic dishes of the Campania tradition, such as the famous “Spaghetti alla Nerano”, prepared with local courgettes and provolone del monaco, or a grill of fresh fish of the day. We are sure that these delicious Mediterranean flavours, accompanied by the spectacular view of the sea of Nerano, will give you an unforgettable experience.
Return to Positano
After lunch in Nerano and a walk through the fishing village, it’s time to get back on board for the return to Positano. Before returning, since we sail along the coast, it is possible to stop for another swimming break that you can agree with the skipper. This concludes a magnificent day by sea on the Amalfi Coast.
